Managerial Coaching

Often managers become managers by virtue of being high performers at their day job. They are not necessarily equipped or experienced with managing teams of people. Our 1:1 coaching for managers is designed to support newly appointed managers as they navigate this new position and responsibility.

Performance Coaching

Return to Work Coaching

Returning to Work following a period of leave is difficult to navigate for employers and employees. This scenario arises most frequently in the context of maternity leave but is also applicable to cases of long term sick leave, sabbaticals or career breaks and family leave.

Our Return to Work coaching supports employees and managers in navigating the transition away from and back to work. We typically recommend at least 3 sessions for the employee and at least 2 sessions for a manager (if applicable).
