What is coaching and how is it different from mentoring?

What credentials do Clarico coaches have?

All Clarico coaches are EMCC-trained (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and bring real-world experience as people managers. Beyond their certifications, they are hand-picked for their experience navigating career changes and are trained in our "5 Cs" methodology (you can read more about those here).

What are the benefits of offering coaching to my employees?

Where do sessions take place?

To offer maximum flexibility, most sessions are held online via Google Meet. For corporate clients, we can provide in-person coaching at your workplace upon request.

Can I trial coaching before committing?

Yes! We begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. This is a non-committal way to see if we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss our methodology, listen to your goals and propose a tailored plan that fits your budget and schedule.

I feel stuck in my career but don't know my next move, can you help?

Absolutely, this is what our career change coaching is built on. A career change can mean a total role and industry pivot but it can also mean reigniting your career in your existing role and industry. We would suggest booking a free discovery call to discuss your situation and we will be able to craft a personalised solution for you.

How long does a typical coaching engagement last?

This will depend on the circumstances but in general we would recommend a gap of at least 3 weeks between each session. We can always tweak our programmes to suit you if you are in a time crunch.

I am an employer, do you provide reporting on coaching progress for our HR department?

We understand that as an employer, you need to see the tangible impact of your investment. We provide a structured reporting process that respects the strict confidentiality essential for effective coaching. We provide a high-level Engagement Summary to HR departments. This includes attendance confirmation and a summary of general themes or organisational "blind spots" identified during the process (e.g., common barriers to returning to work or shared cultural challenges). To build the trust necessary for a breakthrough, the specific details, personal disclosures and session notes remain strictly between the coach and the employee. We do not share individual coaching conversations with HR or management.

This ensures employees can be fully honest about their challenges, leading to faster results, deeper engagement and a more successful outcome for your organisation.

Can you tailor workshops to our specific industry challenges?

Absolutely. All of our workshops can be tailored to your specific industry and organisation.

Do you offer payment plans for individual packages?

Yes, you can pay for our coaching packages in two installments. The first installment is due before your first session and the second installment is due before your second.
