What credentials do Clarico coaches have?
All Clarico coaches are EMCC-trained (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and bring real-world experience as people managers. Beyond their certifications, they are hand-picked for their experience navigating career changes and are trained in our "5 Cs" methodology (you can read more about those here).
Is coaching actually effective?

Where do sessions take place?
To offer maximum flexibility, most sessions are held online via Google Meet. For corporate clients, we can provide in-person coaching at your workplace upon request.
Can I trial coaching before committing?
Yes! We begin with a free 30-minute intro or "Chemistry” call. This is a non-committal way to see if we’re the right fit. We’ll discuss our methodology, listen to your goals and propose a tailored plan that fits your budget and schedule.
How are your services priced?
