You don’t need a perfectly formed plan to start. In fact, most clients come to coaching feeling "stuck" or "foggy" about their next move. If you know your current path isn't working and you're ready to put in the work to find one that does, you're ready.

Unlike a pre-recorded course, we start where you are. If your resume is already strong but your confidence is low, we spend more time on identity and mindset. If you know your destination but can't "speak the language" of the new industry, we focus heavily on the HR-backed translation of your skills.

You can either pay for you package up front or in two installments. One due before your first session and the next due before your third.

Almost every professional has skills that are valuable in other sectors you just need to learn how to reframe and translate them. We use HR-backed frameworks to deconstruct your experience and rebuild it in a way that makes sense to recruiters in your target industry.

Our sessions will be tailored to your circumstances. Generally we suggest a 2-3 week gap between sessions.

By the end of our four sessions, you will have a clear target industry, a redefined professional brand, and a practical roadmap. While the timeline for landing a new role depends on the market and your specific goals, you will leave our final session with the tools and clarity to move forward immediately.

We recommend people undertake our full programme but we can offer a one off 1 hour session at €80 per session. Please book a discovery call with us and we can enroll you in a single session.
