We believe in being upfront and honest and therefore we are transparent about our pricing. Where possible we provide our prices upfront and if you need something tailored to you - we will provide indicative prices in the first instance before providing you with your own personalised quote quickly and directly.

Meet our Head Coach
Sorcha Keogh
Founder, Head Coach & Lead Facilitator
Sorcha is our founder, head coach & lead facilitator.
Sorcha holds a Bachelor of Business and Law from UCD. Her professional career began in one of Ireland’s top law firms where she trained and qualified as a solicitor. Sorcha’s passion’s ultimately lay in people, specifically people at work. Sorcha moved into an in-house legal role before then pivoting into the Human Resources space.
Sorcha became a HR Business Partner in a global law firm. She is an associate CIPD member and also holds diplomas in Employment Law and Coaching and Mentoring. She is a member of the EMCC.
Sorcha fundamentally believes that happiness in work is integral to happiness in life. She understands that when things don’t feel right in work you can feel totally out of control of your own life. She believe’s that supporting employees at every stage of their career can pay dividends for employers and can improve their employee retention rates and improve their reputation as an employer.
Sorcha has worked with individuals and supported them to achieve their career goals, navigate career changes and new roles.
Sorcha is passionate about supporting people, championing them for their strengths and empowering them to find the opportunities in their existing situations that can change their lives.
