Employee Training

This is a session designed to equip managers with the skills they need to manage their people. The session covers having difficult conversations, handling poor performance, supporting struggling employees and leading a successful team. The session also focuses on supporting managers themselves who carry a large weight of responsibility in their role. We give them the tools and support they need to do so effectively.

This session is aimed primarily at trainees and juniors and is a motivating session to enable them to plan their career trajectory within your business. It encourages them to think big, look for opportunities and gaps to develop and drive their own careers.

There are certain policies that employers have an obligation to keep their employees abreast of. These include Bullying & Harassment, Grievance and Whistleblowing. We can provide company wide training on an annual basis on these policies. Please get in touch to discuss your policies on this in more detail. Our sessions are ultimately guided by the WRC codes of practice.

This session covers effective written and oral communications within the workplace. It empowers delegates with the tools they need to write effectively and to conduct themselves appropriately when it comes to personal interactions in the workplace.
