Undergoing fertility treatment while trying to manage a career is one of the most demanding things a person can navigate. The appointments, the uncertainty, the physical and emotional toll, all of it sits alongside deadlines, meetings and the pressure to seem "fine" at work.
Many people going through treatment feel caught between two worlds: wanting to protect their privacy at work, while also needing flexibility, understanding and practical support to get through it. Deciding what to share, who to tell, and how to ask for what you need can feel just as overwhelming as the treatment itself.
You don't have to navigate this alone, and you don't have to figure out the workplace side of it by trial and error.

Protect Your Boundaries. We help you set boundaries with managers and colleagues that protect your privacy while still getting you the support you need.
Build Resilience to manage the emotional weight of treatment alongside the everyday demands of work, without burning out.

Discovery Call
A complimentary, confidential 20–30 minute conversation with your dedicated Clarico coach.
We'll discuss where you're at, what support would help most, and ensure we're the right fit to work together.
There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. This call is about understanding your situation and establishing a path forward together.
Coaching Sessions
A bespoke number of 1 hour sessions, scheduled flexibly around your treatment timeline (we know appointments can shift with little notice).
We combine emotional support with practical, HR-backed guidance on navigating your workplace.
Sessions can flex in focus, some weeks may be about processing how you're feeling, others about preparing for a specific workplace conversation.
Ongoing Support & Follow Up
You will receive comprehensive notes and follow ups after each session.
We stay flexible with scheduling as your treatment progresses, including the option to pause and resume sessions as needed.
Clarico clients are clients for life. You are welcome to return to coaching at any stage of your treatment or career, and to join our alumni network when you're ready.
Pricing
Our discovery call is totally free.
Sessions are booked flexibly, on a pay-as-you-go basis, at €90 per session, so you can take exactly as much or as little support as you need, whenever you need it.

Yes. Everything discussed in your coaching sessions is confidential. If your employer is funding your sessions, we only ever share general themes or attendance with them, never the details of what you discuss, unless you specifically ask us to.

No, disclosure is entirely your choice. Part of our coaching is helping you decide what, if anything, you want to share, and how to do it on your own terms, if and when you choose to.

We build flexibility into scheduling from the start. We understand that appointments and treatment cycles can shift quickly, and we will work around that as much as we possibly can.

Not at all. Many people reach out before they've even started treatment, simply to think through their options for managing work alongside it. There is no "right" time to start.

Yes. Many organisations are open to supporting employees through fertility treatment as part of their wellbeing or benefits offering. We can provide an invoice for your employer, or your organisation can partner with us directly. Please direct them to our corporate page.

Sessions are paid for individually at €90 each, so you're never committing to, or paying for, a full package up front. Book and pay as you go, at whatever pace suits you.
