We offer a discovery call to understand your business objectives. Once a programme is agreed upon, we manage the onboarding and coaching of your employees directly, providing you with high-level feedback on engagement.

Yes. To ensure the employee feels safe to explore their challenges, the 1:1 sessions remain confidential. However, we provide the employer with updates on attendance and general progress themes.
