Return to Work Coaching
Reclaim Your Confidence. Return with Clarity.
Expert coaching for professionals navigating the transition from leave to leadership.
Returning to work after a significant period of leave is more than a change in schedule; it is a major professional transition. You are inevitably returning as a changed person. You may be equipped with new skills, refined priorities and a broader perspective. Your workplace may also have evolved in your absence.
For many, particularly those returning from family leave, the time away has been both vital and intense. The prospect of re-entry often triggers a specific set of challenges:
The Identity Shift: Reconciling your "pre-leave" professional self with who you are now.
The Confidence Gap: Navigating the "fog" of time away and reclaiming your professional self.
The Strategic Juggle: Balancing peak professional performance with new, high-stakes personal responsibilities.
Clarico provides a structured, high-impact return-to-work programme designed to help you navigate this transitional time with confidence. Whether you are returning from maternity or family leave, a career break, or a period of working abroad, we ensure your return is intentional, not just inevitable.
Our programme, rooted in coaching principles and HR-backed frameworks is a 4 session, bespoke service tailored to your unique circumstances. Together, we will:
Create a personal and practical roadmap for a sustainable return.
Reframe your leave not as a "gap” or a “break” but as a period of growth, development and resilience-building.
Reclaim your professional identity. We will look at overcoming imposter syndrome, updating your professional brand, and owning your time away.
Consider flexible working supports, boundary setting and workplace advocacy. Our coaches are HR practitioners and employment lawyers who can help you to navigate the complex legal landscape of Irish workplaces.
Explore practical tools to maintain mental clarity and prevent burnout as you rebuild momentum.
